We realize you have questions when planning your event, and we hope that some of these answers will help you when deciding if the we are right caterer for you!
One month prior to your date the final guest count is due and two weeks prior to your event date final payment is due.
Additional payments may be made in the form of a certified check in between your initial deposits and final payment.
We specialize in creating a menu that is customized to your event, taking into consideration your tastes, desires, and budget. Most agreements will include the breakdown of charges that include: per guest price, event labor, service charge and tax. When we travel outside of our market, there will also be an additional charge for travel time for staff and where a stay over is required, hotel fees are also added.
Currently, Mangia Catering offers beer-wine bars in Idaho and Full Bars (Beer, Wine, Spirits) in Washington.
Additionally, we do offer bar labor packages. Our professional bartenders can pour host provided alcohol for your event.
Just like catering, there are many different options when bar services are needed!
Gratuities are not required nor expected, but greatly appreciated.
If you would like to provide an additional tip for you staff at your event, please present the monies in clearly labeled envelopes; i.e.. “Bartender” or “Event Staff”.
For our wood fired pizza service, we do offer a gluten free crust. Although the crust is GF, it is cooked in the same oven as the other pizzas so it is not suggested to serve to any of your gluten sensitive guests.
